+ This was a superb hotel with excellent staff, especially at reception. They were very helpful and friendly at all times and made our stay most enjoyable. The breakfast was good and tea and coffey were available free of charge at all times, as was the internet. The hotel was located near a metro station (D line) which gave easy access to different parts of the city. The room was excellent with good facilities, very modern bathroom and an excellent bed.

+ The staff were absolutely fantastic. We missed our flight and the receptionist spent half an hour on the phone with the airline rearranging our travel. We never would have made it without her generousity and excellent Spanish! The hotel itself was beautiful and it was the best value we found during our entire trip. We are staying one more night on the way home and would gladly stay again!

We loved the quaint, yet contemporary appearance of the hotel which was very modern and clean. The continental breakfast of fresh fruits, cheese and meats, as well as, local pastry was a wonderful touch to the very reasonable price of our stay. The hotel staff was especially friendly and helpful in learning more about Buenos Aires.

The hotel has a great location in Palermo, a safe neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, the staff is great, the breakfast perfect, nice design interior of the rooms and hotel, close to tango lessons, great spa and swimming pool, close to the subway. Great stay!

My experience at Duque was exceptional. The rooms and common areas are lovely, the staff was incredibly warm and accomodating, and the owner was on premise and extremely personable. They accomodated us for a late departure, and were tremendously helpful in making recommendations and providing directions. I would absolutely recommend the Duque and will return when in Buenos Aires again

De tudo! O Hotel é extremamente charmoso, perfumado (lírios naturais dão frescor aos ambientes), intimista, silencioso e confortável. Le personnel était parfait: souriant, accueillant, disponible et efficace. Le buffet petit déjeuner était copieux. L'emplacement est idéal: on se déplace en taxi partout dans la ville et le soir on peut profiter des boutiques, bars et restos du quartier.
